Some guests may find the breakfast experience disappointing, as there have been instances where employees reorganize tables and chairs during breakfast, causing unnecessary disturbance.

During my recent stay at Courtyard, I was delighted by the comfortable and modern facilities. The heating/aircon system was really good, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our 7-day stay, even during 90-degree weather. The location was fantastic, with the train/subway station just a stone's throw away, making it convenient to explore the city's major tourist sights. The front desk staff were polite and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. And the option of connecting rooms was a huge bonus, as we were traveling with family. I had a great experience at Courtyard and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in Paris.

Convenient to move around the city since it has good connection with metros. We were able to easily explore different parts of the city thanks to the hotel's proximity to the train station and quick access to the metro system. The location made it convenient for us to visit popular attractions and neighborhoods like Bastille, Marais, and Hotel de Ville.

The rooms were comfortable and had a nice view of the city lights at night. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay even during warmer weather.

There were a couple of negatives. the check-in process was not smooth as there was confusion with the room rate, although it was eventually resolved.
